Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Typical processing time is 0–1 business day. After shipment, standard transit time for most U.S. destinations is typically 3–4 business days. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier operations.

At this time, we ship orders within the United States (all 50 states) only.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment service providers.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (subject to approval). Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. If approved, we provide a prepaid return label (download & print) for returns by mail. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection, depending on your payment provider. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
