30-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order.
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase from Ariete International. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.

Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items that show signs of use, misuse, missing components, or damage not caused during shipping may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@arieteinternational.com or call (855) 587-2969 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM ET). Please include your order number and the reason for the request.
All requests are reviewed for eligibility. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (download & print) by email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for approved returns. We provide a prepaid return label (download & print) for returns by mail.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection, depending on your payment provider.
If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will provide a clear explanation to the customer.
No Restocking Fees: Ariete International does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arieteinternational.com or +1 855-587-2969.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to assist with verification.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe your refund has not been received:

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for eligible items (new/unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation). If approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
